Mitutoyo Digimatic Micrometers (Ultra-high Accuracy, QuantuMike & Coolant Proof)

Outside micrometers including the ultra-high accuracy Digimatic micrometer, the high-speed and high-accuracy QuantuMike and coolant proof micrometers. High Accuracy Digimatic Micrometer Series 293 uses Mitutoyo's 0.1 µm resolution ABSOLUTE rotary sensor and high-accuracy screw machining technology to achieve a maximum permissible error of ±0.5 µm, delivering 0.1 µm resolution without sacrificing operability. QuantuMike feeds the spindle 2 mm per revolution of the thimble instead of the standard 0.5 mm for faster measurement, and its ratchet thimble supports repeatable one-handed measurement. Coolant proof instruments are rated IP65 or better and resist dust, water and cutting oil or coolant in normal use.
